hi...the OBS Lumut course in malaysia was tough...physically demanding because alot of effort from SIA to put their cadets (us) thru such a course...it also helped in bringing team unity and teamwork.....

the total cost of SQ training a cadet is approx (rough figure so don't quote me!) $200k up till Jandakot, Perth phase...the L45 advance jet training will def cost more due to the fuel consumption & sim training in maroochydre....

my instrutor told me the ropes couldnt hold use =.= lol?

the ropes CAN hold....its just how you bind them together....but i reckon most of us have forgotten most of our OBS days...=)

OBS was meant to bond us at the start so that we would be united as one unit or family throughout the training all the way till perth...
