mine is a pain in the ass to transform as well. the foldy bit that gets tucked inside the middle was improperly machined so it doesnt go flat on mine, wich makes it impossible for him to stand up straight because to tab the chest into the waist puts him in a hunched position. so he stays in car form on his own shelf between the venom shelf and the decepticon shelf. great review!
