  • Hy !How can i interconect 2 ada8000 or more 4 for instantly?

  • expertvillage are the biggest FUCKING NOOBS in the world, seriously, before you try and do tutorials or whatever, learn something yourself.

  • I think your gear selection is subjective A mind grapples with issues while ears just hear

I never saw a person critique some music saying " I give him a 4 because of Behringer gear sticks out in the mix like a sore thumb"

Also I have seen many artist spend 10's of thousands on gear and wind up with a song that sounds like the demo on a casio keyboard with the built in speakers.

Also saw artists who can plug a dynamic mic in a pc's factory inputs and make it sound like a million $

  • This dude has gotta be an Alcoholic! He says the gear is cheap!!!!!!!

Derrrrrrrrr! Anyone will tell you that a "booze artist" is gonna buy cheap recording gear so that he has more money to buy piss with!

Maybe he should check out Alcoholics Anonymous before he checks out anymore recording gear.

  • why he doesn't put onfor us 'someting' that came out of his studio????

    you tell me.....:)

  • what the hell has he got plugged into ch3/4

  • @chrislpp ....looks like RCA jacks...who knows what they lead to.

  • The usual incoherent rambling, which actually tell you NOTHING apart from what he is using... *yawn*

  • that was fucking useless... explained nothing!

  • CRAP

  • I dont know why everyone is giving this guy a hard time, he is being REAL

  • is he drunk?

  • @godsizedhole

I exactly had the same thought from the first second of the clip.

  • I know expert village means well, but my goodness. almost everyone seems un-expertly.

    wah :(

  • LOL @ this video. Very Useless, and he didnt explain anything !

  • Fail.

  • He's a complete moron. . . . all the other vids with him are just as bad.

That fish comment takes the cake though!

Behringers are okay for the price. . .You get what you pay for.

  • Behringer is crap, the products break down, and the "good" products are 90% of the time taking or ripped from a superior brand.

such as the Behringer truth monitors= Genelec 1031a

    Bugera=try to simulate Marshall

They have been sued by Roland and Mackie for imitating mixers, and guitar pedals, and it's a matter of time Marshal, and Genelec step in.

  • @Gtrplyr1 and what is exactly wrong with the "imitation" thing? If the sound works just fine and is cheaper multiple times would you mind that? I had a 16channel mixer for 10 years and I changed it about 2 years ago only because I spilled coffee on it... it was working great for the job I was to using it! Equipment is like clothing man... you only need a piece of fabric so you wont walk around naked ass... now if quality and/or styling is necessary then invest some money.

  • When i first started getting into mixing, and audio recording i bought Behringer products and had nothing but problems every time. I dislike them because they try to hard to imitate the better brands without adding the extra touch of fine quality. I have heard others peoples problems with speakers, amps etc. Just not for me man, im glad it worked out for you though. As far as buying future products, I don't mind spending the money..

  • @Gtrplyr1 I won't argue that, what I'm trying to say is that there is no good and bad equipment in the market... it's just equipment that is functional and not... For instance, in a home studio situation, when recording vocals, a behringer or a rode mic whould do decently the job. But if you're working in a serious professional studio that would be unacceptable. In a home studio you wouldn't be able to distinguish the difference from NT1 to a U87, so what's the point to buy something like U87?

  • @Dreampanos. It's like comparing a honda to a Kia... Sure the Kia drives you from point a to point b, but will it last? Is it good etc.. And there is a difference between a U87 and a NT1. If the home studio is set up properly and acoustically treated, a trained ear will notice the difference. It depends if you are a hobbyist or professional.

  • @Dreampanos I will admit though that when it comes to monitors the big hype is Genelec and my less expensive JBLs imo are a better monitor, being that they are extremely flat, accurate and transparent.

  • He should not be doing videos for ADA! He should be doing videos for AA! lmao

  • This guy is a complete idiot!..............

  • Although this guy is a joke I have the ADA 8000 in my studio and it works great, just make sure you have good pre amps. I got this because the reviews from EVERYONE that I read said it was the best thing they made. Behringer IS inconsistent, they just did a good job with this one.

  • still cant take anything that behringer make seriously , i tried everything from mixers to bass cabinets , its all shit except for 1 little dj mixer that was pretty tight and durable , maybe i will try this thing as it seems to be within my price range

  • @djlink76 well is true that all that cabinet or fx for guits and bass are crap but in every great studio you'll see a piece of behringer equipment such as headphone amplifiers, DI's, patchbays even sometimes compressors... about the ADA8000.. well it would be nice to have a serious AD/DA converter with high quality of preamps but this behringer thing would do the work. You would tell the difference in a studio with excellent monitoring and acoustics

  • @sampagan can you recommend pre-amps to use with the ada8000?

    Thanks

  • @Trix8214 Hello. If you have nothing else you could use the pre's on the ada8000 however they will be a little loud (hiss). I use presonus tube pres with the tubes switched out (vintage, dont remember the brand). That being said, I will be getting a Universal Audio 710 Twin-Finity for vocals and use the presonus for drum overheads and hi-hat

  • @sampagan I use a LOT of Behringer equipment, but you're right...

Every once in awhile, even a blind squirrell gets a nut! lol

  • i wasn't able to see nothing

i didn't understand what he was saying...

    is not a hepfull video....

  • he sounds really drunk

  • I got a behringer 2442 board, and a virtualizer and I have no problem, BUT I did have another board from them that was SHIT. So I must say to all the new producers, ONLY buy Behringer stuff if you have to. I use Personus recording gear, alisis, BBE, AKG, Sure, and Yamaha gear. I'll swear by the gear I use. Behringer is a hit and miss just as others are saying.

  • makes me wonder if he got this crap behringer convertor for free. dont waste your money on this unless you make karaoke songs.

i owned a few behringer things years ago. i found the best place for them is ebay. not in my studio gear. crap gives budget sound. what next? a behringer swivel chair?

  • This guy's got an intresting personality.

  • this dude is so hammered.

  • Behringer, the cornerstone to every great studio

  • you are talking absolute crap the behringer designs are suspect the quality is variable and reliability is atrocious, like this guy who has never heard of HRTF and stuffs the audio with unkempt long hair! see MY home studio and what I found when I went behringer i now use Yamaha power amps

  • Dudemate, didn't you know I was being sarcastic! and Behringer is hardly suspect of being crap.. because it IS crap! and as far as reliability go's, I wouldn't know anything about that because I've never use Behringer long enough, wouldn't waste my time.

  • i'll definitely give you a straight jacket on christmas day

  • Worth watching for the comedic value. Does this guy ever stop drinking? His liver must look like Swiss Cheese.

  • wow like only 1 comment?!?!?

  • Behringer good? You HAVE to be kidding me... For every 10 bad products they release they release 1 mediocre product.

This guy needs to get his shit together and re-evaluate his career choices.

  • I'm very happy with my behringer bass head, but I got rid the feedback destroyer and compressor,

    neither were very useful

  • I disagree

  • Some behringer equipment is good if not great if you're being very selective with your purchases. Most of their stuff is crap.

  • I've had good luck so far with the Behringer stuff I bought. They usually try to imitate mackie products.

  • No The reason Behringer gear is so cheap and crappy is because they use the cheapest parts they can find, they dont match parts they just pull diffrent componets together, if you looked at like an Allen and Heath console- youd see all the parts are all the same, they're also noisey as hell

  • It's a roll of the dice every time you buy a Behringer product, because there's no guarantee that no two units of the same model will be exactly the same.

  • didnt i just say that?

  • Right you are, Ken
