There is no doubt this is a great tune and video.  I think my buddy's uncle was in this band briefly. Any chance of tracking this album down on vinyl(or other)?

Whoever directed this video is obviously a major talent out standing in his field.

The delicate balance of humor and pathos, the interweaving of noir elements, of comedy and violence, with hints of ambiguous sexuality in the drag performance is prescient. Research indicates that it was created in the early 80's, predicting the nerd ethos later to become so stylish.
