they are only able to do that just because there system is not full after while you will see the same bullshty......none of them are concernd when that money starts flying back and 4th......this a way for the government to basically say// fuck you america

I really like how Biz points out how they are observing businesses that are using Twitter as a hybrid between customer service & marketing. Businesses who follow their followers in return, monitor and listen to their DM's & @replies, show they are interested and concerned in what they have to say too and can utilize that information for customer satisfaction.
