Hey supraonnos, I have a black 99 gs300 with 20"s, i want to go up to 22", would the ticket be 235/30/22 (pzero or toyo) with a 22"x7.5" rim with 35mm or 38mm offset? No spacers correct? Did you mention you have to take out some screws from the inner fender plastic part? I want to make sure I have everything inline before I make the move this week sometime. Beautiful car btw

@PSDoom ok so i seee u read up on wat i been typin all along "good job" so now dat u got everything down, i would go TOYO its a really soft tire n they last forever n as far as the offset try to find a 35mm wheel because dependin on the wheel u dont wanna have any problem with the rim hittin on the front calipers later "e-z fix w/spacers" n the screww im typin about r the ones that hold up the fender trim pieces although with 22x7.5

Im not sure how u fit 22's I tried putting 21's on my 300 and they rubbed in the fronts on the control arm so maybe I need them spacers you's were talking about, but I would really like the 22's better. Do you have spacers on these wheels?

ive ran both sizes... 22x8.5 on 245/30/22 and 22x7.5 on 235/30/22. the really big diference is the price of the tires and the variety of the wheels. i recommend u go 22x8.5 n no ur car wont sitt uneven the pro kit is made for ur gs300. Good luck on ur project post some b4 n after vids

I had a GS400 with 22x8.5's on it about 4 years ago, but I went with a 255/30/22 tire and I had to use a very thin spacer in the front (245/30/22's were hard to come by at that time.) Do you have to use a spacer with a 245/30/22 tire? I'm just curious, I'm thinking about grabbing another GS400.

it rubs a bit on the inner fender plastics when i turn the wheel sometime but never on the fender. n if u want the less rubbin possible u have to get the ryte size 22s n tire and also make sure the offset is a bit higher than recommended with out the rimm hittin da caliper. i am currently runnin 22x7.5 with i believe a 35mm or 38mm offset wrapped with toyo 235/30/22 tires so this should give u an idea. oh n take off the lil fender metal strips bein held by the 4 screws
