If you do this like once a week, you beging to feel a good sensation, afterwards :). Your body releases endorphines. Trust me. Try to battle the physical reaction of "get out of here", keep your breathing steady and stay outside after the dip for few minutes, it feels warm! Endorphines. And after few mins go to a sauna, then eat something and drink lots of water :)
