Having used the TRX (I use the military version, the original that was created for the special forces), I can say that this is really good. Yeah you can use weights, but with this, you really have to balance on some workouts, so you're using way more muscle fibers than machines and free weights, and almost every exercise incorporates your core. Who needs ab exercises? Just use the TRX exercises and the abs are complimentary haha.
