Well, I do not see anythig nice about this.... he is killing his tranny... I own a 13 and I can go up and down with less anger than this guy... He is not shifting gears, he is slamming gears... sorry but it is what it is.
just a question mate, not a criticism, do you find you have premature wear on your gears from moving the splitter into direct from od whilst in neutral?
I am surprised that you split every gear on the way down. I have always been told to down shift two gears at a time. On lighter loads do you still use every gear?

Yes you need to rev the engine to match the gear or half gear(small red button on the left of the stick), same thing when upshifting, if you rpm is too low or too high the gear will grind.

I can see that you are not pre-selecting. Selecting in neutral will cause wear to the synchros.
