saying "uh" and "you know" shows that you lack intellect since you cant even say a full sentence without pausing to think about what to say next.. atleast what i believe

have you fully exerted yourself running back and forth countless times, giving your all till your heart feels like it going to pop out your chest and then try to put together a coherent sentence without the words "uhm" or "you know"?
