@renefak The console version is technically the same as PC version, which is the city of PC version has a few more buildings and cheats. But, the console version has no cheats and the city is a bit smaller. However, everything else is the same.

If you zoom in and try to angle the camera around the eyes more, you'll see that it is just a black block with 2 yellow dots on it to represent the eyes. It's no monster.
