4:50 - Oh, there was NO train...It was more like a blatant robbery as you turn the corner in a dark alley. BOOM! It was there and it happened and you were stuck where you were. Door jambs nothing...I stayed in bed and let it end. I heard the glass breaking, the walls cracking...I saw the transformers outside exploding. It was like being in bed on a house boat during a violent sea storm. I had waking nightmares for months, I think until April. Wow! 18 years...

I lived in Studio City at the time, and I have to say that day was the scariest day of my life.

God almighty, i remember the Northridge quake and the damage that was incurred because of it. I remember driving on Venice Blvd near, i wanna say La Cienega right near the 10 freeway and seeing how it almost took a surreal feel to the whole part of the city i grew up in, culver city and thinking simply, WOW
