@DJwipspeed i usually use 900 dpi with 1000hz pulling with around 5 in game sensitivity. but in some games like the MOH Beta, i use 1600 dpi because the in game sensitivity all the way up isnt even high enough

I have silver G5 and i played alsow with razer copperhead,razer diamondback,and mx 510 couse my friends have them lol.Ican tell u this i wouldnt change my g5 for any other mouse.But i must be honest nothing beats optical mouse when it comes to FPS games.That is why most CS 1.6 pros are using opticals.Forest is using krait with good reason and mx 500 and MS intelli 3.0 was considered by CS pro players best mouses for FPS

I just upgraded my MX518 with a G500. But my G500 is most likely going back from where it came from. Cause I liked the gripping on my MX518 a lot better. The G500 has a more sandpaper like grip in plastic while the MX518 has a rubber feel and it stays in your hand. Maybe the G5 is a better choise for me.

Hey DJ so out of all those gaming mice you have there including the MX Rev which one do you prefer? The G500 looks pretty good but I have been using the MX Rev for a couple years and pretty used to the weight/size.
