I`m from Germany and i love this Movie! Bette Davis is brilliant! I saw it once on TV and i hope one day this is available on DVD here in Germany!

Bette Davis is one of the greatest actresses of all time. And Karl Malden with his big ass nose was great, too.

This actually wasn't such a bad movie --lots of twists and turns ...and the ending was ironic and a bit sadly touching ..I didn't hate it....

Go to Google Maps and check out 792 West Temple Street in Los Angeles. Wow, has the intersection of Figueroa and Temple (where Edie's Bar was) changed!

It's very difficult to find online. I suggest you to buy the dvd, but please consider that only US and Spain editions exist.
