I remember seeing this video at the old Mr. Movies in Plymouth, MN on 101 & 6. The tagline on the tape was something like 'Don't rent this tape, then I care." His car dealer commercials were so top notch. Suplex, powerslam, and piledriver on hood. Classic.

@steviemacful Actually, he copied Brody out of respect and admiration. he and Brody were very friendly and he was honored a fellow wrestler would want to be like him in many ways. I can't remember the name, but if you look up old interviews with Brody he says that and actually chuckled which was funny to see, as he never smiled unless he was causing an opponent pain. lol

I recall this was a short film John Nord made in the late 80s before he went into AWA. He was still working indies at this stage. He also worked in his family's car yard at the time.

Not sure what he's doing nowadays, but I'd be surprised if he's homeless. He seemed like one of the sensible ones who got out of the business at the right time following his brief run in the WWF.

You got that right, it has Wrestlecrap written all over it. For years I've had this video laying in my computer and I've always wondered if the AWA was behind this movie since there's a ring with the AWA logo. There's no mention of this video's existence on the net. I'm hoping there's somebody out there who has some information about this movie. Thanks.
