have a look at 'apologies' & '5556668883' by jimmy tamborello. the album was released under the name of 'james figurine' ('figurine' being one of JT's old bands...a bit bland imo). i think the vids for both songs are on youtube. i don't think he's made a consistent album, but there are brilliant moments scattered about.

re. the first bit...i was just a bit surprised to hear a broad british accent for some reason. i believe i left my heart in the west country once and never quite retrieved it...

'dumb luck' has some good stuff on it as well, and the cd single of 'evan and chan' has a lovely effort called 'your hill' sung by tamborello.

i have dumb luck since when i got this album it is rather sublime.
