And Vega doesn't seem to suck really just needs practice with and all. Not a top character but would hold his own.

Well.. Vega doesent sucks.. but he has a new play style.. rather then beeing fast he actually gets the ability to make combos.. i use vega online all the time and i keep winning except versus zangief cause he has no awnser towards zangief on any of his moves

this video makes me think that turtling is the best way to win. the counter attacks have like 1/2 chance if you just guess, and the regular attacks have 1/3 chance b/c there's overhead, middle, and sweep moves.
