pay to play isn't so bad. not when the quality is like it appears to be here.

This level of depth maintained through a world as vast as most mmorpgs tend to have is well worth it.

Yes but remember Age of Conan was very pretty to look at as well, and it sucked past level 20 because the developers hadn't finished the game! Hopefully this game has plenty to do.

Using the Crysis engine in an MMO is a great idea:)

Its already out in Korea, so wont be that long before it comes to EU/NA i guess, but to be realistic i would say about 3 month. But its not stated anywhere :(
