@TOLTECAAZTECA Any general has "blood on his hands". They are the ones giving the orders in war and because it is war there are going to be casualties. You could make a case for any soldier dying and throwing it at the general that ordered him to carry out the mission. So this man can talk about leadership because he has seen the worst possible outcome of an order he has given. That kind of experience is needed in government. Especially president, who has the ability to order war.

@DonaldMele Actually it was just his wife, who was prone to anxiety attacks. I seriously doubt this man is afraid of anything. Granted it wouldn't have stopped me either. I really don't think he wanted it bad enough and probably figured he'd get screwed out of it by the far right. Almost every black republican has been left holding the bag at some point or another.
