Shame this track wasn't on the soundtrack, because this is one of the most amazing pieces of music composed that I have ever heard. In my opinion, it's Jeff's best. Gah, it just pulls at your heart. Thanks for posting this. It's my favourite piece from the entire series.

I wholeheartedly agree with the the creators decision to maintain the integrity of the story by not summing up several seasons worth of storytelling into a 2 hour special.

With that said though, I desperately want this show to return. Some of the most amazing television ever produced.

Carnivale, truly television magic; the dust has settled far too long for this masterpeice to be resumed now... as hard as it is to take; such an intruging plot.. Nonetheless I am thankful to have atleast witnessed two seasons of this magic. It's a shame some shows out there are into the seventh season and beyonder. I guess only those with an austere artistic code can understand this; unfortunatley that seems like a limited demographic. Post lost this may of had a chance, shame.

Too bad that would stop .. is a good metaphor for the world, of life. It was a series a bit hard .. for this is special .. everything that is not commercial and mundane remove it soon .. not that we think. The music is beautiful. And the directors of the series creator and genius .. the same director in Sart Trek ..

It talks about the fakse sun: the athomic bomb, the best serie at the moment!!

They did not manage to sell it on foreign markets, for some reason (at least not when they were trying to sell it for the price they were hoping). I was mad at HBO and almost cancelled my subscription over their cancellation of this show.

I was really sad when this show was cancelled. It was great during the first season, and awesome during the second season. If there had been a season three, it would have been the best. At least I can still enjoy it on DVD .
