Damn! Sweet character model. I'm really loving the camera movement along with the selective focus and the turntable animation. I wonder if one could record all of that without the heads up display info for inclusion in a demo reel for. I agree with others I haven't been able to really wrap my mind around the Blender interface, but I would pay for tutorials from on how to build characters and effectively use Blender for that purpose. What do you use to paint your textures.

MAN - THIS CHARACTER IS SOOOO AWESOME!!!!

So my question is (to anybody who knows) - is it possible to have him rigged and animated and used in blender game engine just as good looking as in this preview??? With all great texture and so on. Cos I just see so many great anims and characters in preview vids like this, but when I look at some BGE ingame vids, they look crappy with poor graphics and so on. Please, I kinda want this to know =) thanks in advance ;)

Its not blender its just how the people make it. Put some time into it you get something nice like this guy did.

From what i can tell, the character is in real-time. look at the top left corner of the screen which has the frames per second, physics etc.. So to answer your question, you CAN make a rigged and animated character with the same high quality textures as in the preview.

The jacket texture is beyond regular art skill. Impressive amount of work 1 question stands however. Will it ever reach consoles or PC? These awesome pieces only serve a demo reel. Would love to see this used in a complete action game. The style is very much on my liking.
