You said that first we should to read the text and understand everything and after we should to listen without to read the text.

I think that first we should to listen again and again and then we could read and understand everythinhg. I think this way is better to improve our vocabulary and listening.

What do you think?

From what I read in your message you just sent me, your English is very good and you could listen first if you like and then read later just to CHECK to see if you understood things correctly.

But for most people, they can't check to see if they hear something correctly because they generally won't be able to understand the entire sentence. Most people are able to catch words and phrases when only listening. Listening first can be too difficult and frustrating and can lead to failure.
