  • this is a very bad stretch because her left leg is not straight! which means it is goin to injure her back! keep you back flat and the leg on the ground! keep both legs straights!and toes pointed if you want to see results! and hold for 10 den bend knee in and out den do it again for 10 more....

  • it means ur right leg is alot more stretched then ur left, so basically it just means u should stretch ur left leg until its the same as ur right

  • When I tried this stretch the right leg seemed fine, but when I tried with the left leg I noticed there was a very intense burn inside my left calf, on the left side, about mid-shin.. Any idea what's going wrong there?

  • i think that it is you havent stretched your left leg as much as your right leg in the past. so when you stretched yur left calf it wasnt ready for it if that is your case.

  • Yes, I agree in that, recently I have torn the tibialis anterior muscle, which was the muscle that was burning, but I now I realize that it was tearing. Happened when trying to do a round house kick, which ended with me on the floor. I will now stretch my left side much more, thanks for the reply!
