i, however, don't like the lack of intent in the movements. and it doesn't appear as though the waist was used to generate any power whatsoever; all i see is hands moving. also, i noticed that the heels move when turning, which means no rooting.
all in all, with a few changes and a bit more practice you have the potential for greatness

Yes, she has to practice more.
It needs time to be good in study.
Yi-Fei does Wing Chun in short time, I think she did that ok.
