While I love an N.Y.C. "dirty water dog", or a dog from Grey's Papaya, the dogs in Chi-Town blow away what we have here. Straight up kill them. I'd take a Chicago dog over a New York City dog any day of the week.

Just had it today. Heard some hype about it before, but wasn't expecting anything legendary, just thought it'd be really good food. I was wrong. This guy knows something. Not to be corny, the best hot-dog/"enclosed meat" I've ever had. Very much so worth the wait.

I feel like many years of my life had been stolen from me since I recently tried the Chicago style hot dog for the first time. It was the best hot dog ever. I've been missing years of hedonistic delights.

I can't believe the Chicago style hot dog hasn't spread across America by now. It stands so far out from the usual, that I declare it's in another category.

The reason the Chicago style hot dog hasn't spread is because it can't. Our water is what makes our hot dogs ours. Same as our pizza dough. It's in the water :-)

Certainly the best hot dog stand in Chicago, but it would be better if they actually had more interesting sauces and didn't just throw the raw cheese on top. Do something with the cheese, melt it or something. The sauces are decent but not stellar.
