Wow so much wrong with this video....where to start....First, the Muay Thai system is an empty hand system...its' predecessor, krabi krabong utilized swords, shields, and batons, but still no staffs.
Second, the weapon known as a "bo" isn't spelled "bow", and it's a Japanese weapon.
Third,his weapon is so thin it would shatter it he actually hit anything.
I have seen this style before, it's akin to the NASKA styles that are more about show and flash and point sparring.

@renshiboom He's not using a fighting bo. It's a competition bo. It's meant for show, not actually striking.

@jeatonstunts I find all of your vids very useful. i have been practising for about a week now and last night i managed to perfect this technique. while waiting for my 6ft bo to arrive im using a broom handle with string in the middle third. dont have much skin left on my hands this morning from all the wrist rolls:( do you have a DVD or a full length training video as i find your instructions really easy to follow.
