For many of you asking *spoiler alert ahead* hircine is in fact in skyrim, and there is even a charater who mentiions the bloodmoon. the quest to meet him starts in falkreath with a man who killed a child after he transformed into a werewolf and is now sitting in the dungeoun. you will aquire the ring of hircine, from this quest unforunatly its not quite as nice when you get it at first cause its cursed, and will randomly transform into a werewolf, but whats life without whimsy, eh?

I remember this from way back when. By the way, Skyrim is freaken amazing.

During a quest, I learnt that Apparently : When a werewolf dies, he or she gets to hunt for eternity with Mr. hircine, instead of heading off to a normal afterlife.

I get to hang out with a hunk like that forever, and all I have to do is be a badass werewolf?! sign me up! <3 Oh wait. I ALREADY AM SIGNED UP ;)

You don't have to do the MQ to play the expansions, but it might be a good idea anyway. Playing the expansions with a new character is a good way to have your ass handed to you. Some of those enemies can be insanely tough even for some high level characters. You were warned.

@SaintSanguine bloodmoons after both the main and tribunal thats why when you put the games on your computure (downloaded) they put it in order disk 1. morrowind disk 2. tribunal and disk 3. blood moon Dagoth Ur's still stronger than hircine tho in my opinion (when you fight him without takin' his heart out)

Morrowind was complex for sure. If it had a better map system and better graphics, and possibly a little tighter combat it would be perfect. It also had the best Daedric artifacts in it...such as the Daedric Crescent. Perhaps Skyrym will have the best of Morrowind and Oblivion. We can only hope and pray...praise be to the Madgod!

I love Morrowind, but I find it HARD AS HELL. I have it for xbox. Everytime I start the game, the first place I head is solsthiem. (and I seem to level up good there. And yes, I understand I shouldn't be there at such an early level. But even so, you know the part where you have to go into those dwemer ruins(in the main vardenfell quest) at the very beginning? I kept getting killed by the mage and his summoned skeleton. Its hard to me. Guess I'm used to Oblivion's easyness.....

@xB4LL50F5T33Lx If you have the Xbox Game of the year edition then yes you will have Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon as well as a few bug fixes(not many but some). I actually still have my Xbox version of Morrowind GOTY, can't play it as I don't have a xbox or a 360 anymore but I still have it becuase of all the warm memories attached to it, it was that game that made me fall in love with RPGs again. Plus the budget version I got for the PC didn't have a physical manual and map.

Hehe.... i was lv 24 when facing him... full ice armor and hopesfire+trueflame when out of charge... good thing that balmora alchemist(the altmer) always has 2 exclusive restore health potions and restocks after buying them... 20 exclusive restore healths left by the time i reached the aspect of strenght. I didnt have all heart buff items, but adrealine rush(+50 to all attributes) replaced them x].

Tribunal adds Mournhold the capital of Morrowind. The game morrowind by itself just has the large island called Vvardenfell, while it is missing the section of morrowind that is connected to the mainland. As far as I know Tribunal only adds the capital city, and some huge dungeons.

I finished kaartag and Hirecine with that ice mace without any magic whatsoever. I had every item enchanted with strenght so my blows were devostating. I only used magic in fights on lower levels, later in the game I killed most of the npc-s with one or two swings. Killing all of Almalexias guards was the toughest challenge in the game for me. Sorry about my grammar and spelling.

Before I slept, I went back and bought EVERY Exclusive healing pot I could buy. You would not believe how nasty those werewolves really are, but Nordic Silver weaponry is recommended since they take double damage from those weapons.

i found this cheat to make your health and stats unlimited! you go to sadrith mora the floor below the mages guild and buy the jack of trades. you need soul trap also. jack of trades is for your stats. idr wher to buy fortify health. when you make a spell (say fortify health 50 pts) put soul trap on target for 2 secs, then health 50 pts on self. works great!!!!!!!!
