  • I just visited today. This is beautiful and amazing, soulful and spiritual. It really still talks across the centuries. It's instantly one of my favorite museums.

    the big altar of pergamos buils in the memory of this victory

  • i used to visit this museum all the time with my grandparents who live in Berlin. That was when I was much younger. Its a great museum

  • everyone who has the least knowledge of history and art can recognise that these artefacts were ancient greek. if you have the chance to visit it notice that all the carved inscriptions on them were also in Greek..

  • any way it does not belong to turkey because it is not built by turks. turks want to present all antic history as their own but its not!

  • The Germany havent it stolen from turkey! The turkish goverment gave the Pergamon as a gift to Berlin.

  • This is the place where they demonstrate the historical monuments that they have stolen in 19th century from Turkey. Don't you think these belong to where they supposed to be?
