  • As an aunt with two nephews with autism i to realize the hardships many family's have gone threw. Eric is a true testament of what love,determination,and hope stands for. Thank you for sharing this :). Truly wonderful :)

  • thank you so much for this video. this gave me a lot of hope for my son. i can't stop crying and thank God for this video. my husband said: "don't look at our son for what he is but for what he can be" Look at him with faith that he can do great things. You, Eric, had made that possible for me. Thank you, Eric, Than you to your mom and dad.

  • I am also autistic, did not speak until 4, and now I can easily pass as mild aspergers. However, high academics never was my thing, I just got straight Bs. I am still going to a decently ranked college and studying in environmental science (since it is my specialty).

  • so much inspiration for people with autism and learning disabilities everywhere, the fact that you were not held back by your autism is amazing, you knew what you wanted in life and went for it, it must have been difficult but you are a wonderful inspiration to many people in including me and my little brother Ryan who has Aspergers I am learning disabled, I love that you did not let the views of others interfere with your goals in life, thank you for giving me hope, you will be very successful

  • Good job mom and dad; he did great because of your hard work. I have a son that he did not speak until five years old too. This year he graduated class 2010 as the first place and gave the Valedictorian in his school. We have to give thank to the Lord for that! God bless you Eric, keep going up!
