Actually the road is only paved from about 45 mins from Goose to Lab City, and the same going from Lab City to Goose. The road from Goose Bay to Red Bay is not Paved. So by FAR the vast majority of the "highway" is not paved. And the Labrador flag is still not flying at or near that sign. Sorry!

If you're wondering why there's no Labrador flag, its because its not an official flag of the province, and its also considered a regional flag.
However, it would be nice to see the Labrador flag at the Quebec/Newfoundland border or even the Nunavut/Newfoundland Border (though Cape Chidley is not inhabited).
HAHA at 2:54 is where I was when i was 8, my dad was working on the highway and i was there for the summer, u can see our camper (lil white square) up by the last trailer up.
