@HEADSUPBERKELEY when I was in high school it was Cheerapunji , then I read that due to changing albeit shifting weather it was raining less there, so that place is second now as per wikipedia but I think the top places keep shifting from year to year. In any case, you are probably right but the narrator could be right as well at the time he made the video.
