If your family is used to eating Pasta, they will know the difference. If you don't have a problem cooking in a microwave, cut the squash lengthwise, place upside down in casserole dish with just enough water to make a seal between the squash and pan. Nuke until the flesh is tender.....much faster and won't use as much energy...

Turns out your 32? shouldnt you be working, supporting your family? or is you job, sexlife, and life in general so baoring and dry that you are on here so much, maybe do something exciting... baby steps... start with getting up in the morning and going to the gym, then try joing a sport team or somthing.

Great video but if you fool anyone into thinking it's pasta it would have to be because they've never actually eaten pasta. It does look a lot like pasta.
This recipe is also great w/o the tomato sauce and just a little butter, salt & pepper.
