Once time i say.. There's no a perfect antivirus.. Just think it.. and the bitdefender is a very heavy program but.. it may fail..

"no action possible" with my experience with BitDefender it was viruses inside of archives I had to manually delete or open them to remove or clean the threats. Like you say someone with little computer knowledge wouldn't have a clue what to do. Hopefully BitDefender addresses this. other then that I find it to be a good program.

Yes its a very nice program with a high detection rate. But they do need to fix that problem big time.

That program doesn't protect you against viruses, the program it self is a virus..
