@massiveattack786 No, if you own a UMD copy, it is perfectly legal to download a backup. CFW is perfectly legal. No company can tell you what you can and can not install on your device once you pay for it.

@motorcycle810 Dude, what it comes down to is personal preference. I prefer the PSP. Gaming on the iPod in TERRIBLE. Especially in games like COD zombies, when the analog sticks pop up on the screen, terrible as a control setup. I have a PSP for playing games, nothing else, to buy an iPod for gaming, would be a stupid plan. If I wanted something for web browsing, YouTube, eBay, things like that, I would go with an iPod, but as far as gaming is concerned a PSP is at least 10X better.

@motorcycle810 o yeah eh? how? tell me, how its better. ive been a psp fan ever since the first psp came out, and ive owned an ipod for 3 years. Ipod is just generally more useful cause it has a useful browser everything else is pointless, psp has a terrible browser and the games are pretty brutal
