I feel the same pain that you feel. I always hate it when you join a game of Survival and they simply kick me with the majority of the vote (3/4 votes). I try and try to get one achievement in Survival and I can't even get one in that mode. That's why I always play Versus and not Survival. Annoying exploit.

It wasn't intentional, professional level-designers place a lot of clipping around the edges of their maps, and this glitch probably forces the player into the clipping "brush" or box. If you've ever mapped out a level before, then you would know what I'm talking about.
