@vleon1012 sorry it took so long to get back to you, yes it does the same as inversion tables. Except it doesnt help decompress the upper back and neck.
I bought this product and it is great!! it really helps aliviate back pain. I also use a inversion table. i have spinal stenosis and im only 21 but my condition is much better thatn when i barely got injured.

Good information in the video, thanks. I bought the NuBax about a month ago. I have pain and numbness in the legs and pain in the L5-S1 region. The NuBax has worked well for me and my condition is improving, but it alone is not the total answer to my problems. I find that a combination of Nubax treatments, continued yoga, physical exercises, and diet works the best. In my opinion, It is worth a try, return it if doesn't work out for you.
Can this product be used if you don't have back pain but have leg/foot pain? I had sciatic nerve problems last year, as a result I still have pain in my left leg down to my big toe.
I bought a Nubax second-hand but still in-the-box off ebay for $249.00 -- best investment I ever made! I suffer from a disc bulge at L5-S1 compressing a nerve root (causing low back pain & weakness in left leg).... am MUCH better after just a few days!! Thanks Steve for this great review! I have been suffering for years and started to tune out the endless back pain relief "miracle" pitches. If you suffer low back pain, you will want to try the Nubax -- odds are you'll be very glad you did!!
@KavePhish how much is it usually? im suffering the same pain. my spine is compressing a nerve thats messin up my left leg. im only 19 and trying to get into the marine corp as infantry but this is holding me back. i've tried chiropractic care and its not really working much. when you come back from stretching your back does the pain come back?
Would this device fit a short person with a short torso - someone one under 5'3"? I am a physical therapist and am looking into this as a cost-effective device for some of my patients.
I've had terrible lower lumbar pain ever since a car accident back in 1987. I've tried Chiropractors AND acupuncture therapy but it didn't work as well as I would like. However, by seeing the motion of your back as you use this - I am DEFINITELY getting this product because I know it will stretch out my spine!
@LegPains: Hi there, sorry for the delay; Yes, I got the Nubax, although I haven't really needed it for about 6 months now, my back is BETTER! I can walk, jog, & do everything I used to do when i was younger. I actually JUST finished a full work-out, which I wasn't bale to do before getting this machine, it REALLY DID HELP! Also, drinking LOTS of water is really important to hydrating the disks in our backs, I used to drink too much coffee and was screwing myself without realizing it.

I fell directly onto my head when I was 9. I have a scar up until now (25). My chiropractor says I have a misaligned spine.
What device would you use?

The Nubax is by far the easiest way to decompress your spine, which is essential to getting rid of back pain and keeping it from returning.
