Why should Republicans or anyone vote for The honorable Rudolph Giuliani?
He's proven that the scope of his international knowledge stretches only to about 9am 9-11-01. During debate (which can be seen here on You Tube) Ron Paul laid down fact after fact as to the causes of the tragic attacks on 9-11, all of which are supported by the CIA and the 9-11 commission.
Giuliani outed himself by saying "I've never heard that" proving he pays little or no attention to important source material which should influence a leaders decisions. He then demanded Dr. Paul take back his statements/the truth citing that he (Giuliani) was a survivor of 9-11 attacks. I too was in New York September 11th. However, unlike Giuliani, I watched the second plane hit the WTC. Then as an enlisted man in the US Coast Guard, I did my part in securing the city.
Does that somehow make me more of an expert on foreign policy than he (because I saw some more of that tragic event), does that qualify me to be an ambassador to the Middle East or fill some other important international relations role. No, it simply means that I witnessed and was involved in the response to a horrible tragedy.
If Giuliani and the rest of the media chosen top tierers can't understand that our foreign policy, good or bad, has a major impact on our domestic tranquility/security, he and they have absolutely no qualifications to be our President
