  • @tomal100100 More like 2-3 pounds of dry solid muscle gain and the rest fat or water weight. Its physically impossible to put on 10 lbs of dry muscle in 28 days even with power enhancing substances it would still be very hard to do so

Its physically impossible to gain 10lbs of dry muscle in 28 days so other than the 2 pounds of muscle they may have gained the rest is fat weight or water weight from creatine or what ever they decided to take in order to achieve this so called "10 pounds of muscle gain" lol people are so stupid
