Did you purposely mount the neck pickup backwards?

@paintdrink I guess you are not familiar with the PG Blues Humbuckers? Tom Holmes make a set, Seymour Duncan makes a set, Bare Knuckles make as set which is the set I am using and I am sure by now other pickups builders are making them too. PG stands for Peter Green... the neck pickup is reverse wound and that is why it is turned around. Google them and you will find some info on them. I believe they are modeled after the original 59 PAFs.. Great sounding pickups for blues and ambient music.

@paintdrink do a search on YouTube by typing ine Peter Green - world keeps on turning to see a link to Peter playing with the neck pickup reversed.. his tech originally wound the pickup backwards by mistake and instead of rewinding it he just turned it around and put it back in out of phase.. and Peter Green made that tone a classic tone. I checked out your page.. nice tone on the EJ Strat!

@christrealized I wasn't aware of the reverse winding of the neck pickups, thanks for the info and thank you also for your kind comments. I came across this video via your craigslist ad for this speaker, it sounds very nice and warm.
