It'd because it's the GameCube version. You play the Wii version. The Wii is the reverse version. Link is right-handed on the Wii and left-handed on the GameCube.

Link's awakening was kinda hard, but it was for gameboy color, and when i played it i was like 7 or something, so yeah that one was hard, but Minish Cap i just recently played, and that one was actually really easy, i had to help my mom with it and she had beaten the other one! i would recommend Minish Cap. but that's just me.

ummm...after you free the kids in the city and then save the girl from the pig riders or somthing like that and then you will save the big peopl from the volcan tunnel/cave when you turn into the wolf again when you melt the river and unfreez the river how do u unfreez the cave to get to the big bug boss can you please help me with that

The goldden wolf scenes with you in beast form singing with him always amaze me at how much thought nintendo put into the storyline. It's one of the best Zelda's out so far IMO.
