  • You don't have to give up veganism. Just increase the nutrients. Losing hair is a sign you are deficient in many vitamins and minerals. Meat and dairy will not help your health improve. Dairy is toxic. That is too bad you gave up veganism.

  • That's interesting, I became Vegan to get back the energy I didn't have when I was eating animal products. I used to feel lethargic all the time. My nutritionist told me it was from eating dairy, meat and eggs that are really hard on the stomach and makes your body tired digesting it. I tried being Vegan and my energy picked right up. That was a 2 years ago and I've been feeling fantastic since. Lots of things that may be making you feel tired though. I hope you find something that works!

    but on the real: maybe you just need certain lifestyle changes. a change in diet is a good way to start.
