  • @RedFlagCoalition yes you are right there are more white people on welfare because they account for most of the population. per cap black people are 14% of the population but they use 40% of the welfare. in 2nd place is latin people, 3rd place is white, and last place is asian. but whites and asians are nowhere close the blacks and latin per cap. i wont even get into the percentage of blacks in prison per cap
