adon isnt a turtle, he has no health and lots of offencive moves, hes a rush down, beat down, bad ass mo fo with a super awesome screaching voice. Why turtle dude? your play isnt bad, its just not aggresive enough for adon. Just look for oppurtunities to unleash the ultra, get some punishing combos and read the play, if hes croushing nexto your wake up, throw the bitch dammit! or at least C.LP or C.LK him, if you have trouble rushing adon style, use guile or ryu to turtle easily. USE CROSS OVER!

I think Adon used his move where he hits with his leg while jumping, it was countered, thats why you saw him flying back.
