@horill123 If you have problems with hackers I recommend using the free version of Comodo firewall. It works great. Google Search "free comodo firewall"
This "security program" called Green AV keeps trying to get me to buy this product. i know it is not a legit helper because my computer told me that. what should I do?
Green AV is a malware. Dont give it any of your personal info OR update it in any way.
To remove it do the following
1. Thoroughly scan your PC using Anti-Malware. Above is a Video Response above named How-To Remove "AntiVirus 2009" and other Malware / Spyware from your PC. Follow that tutorial
2. Thoroughly scan your PC using SUPERAntiSpyware. Above is a Video Response above named SUPERAntiSpyware Tutorial: Spyware, Malware and Adware Removal How-To Guide. Also follow this tutorial
It does not come installed for XP. But you can download it for Free from Microsoft.
Click the "cleartechinfo" Link at the Top-Right. It will take you to an article associated with this video. Within that article is a link to download Windows Defender for Free.
I never heard about Ad Muncher before. I checked out the website just now and if it is as good as their site advertises it would be the ultimate popup blocker.
windows defender is not really a decent level of protection for a windows pc, its too basic. windows sucks, you have to pay up to 90 dollars for an antivirus and thats just for keeping your comp working, if not you will end formatting ur hard drive because of viruses.
windows is the only operating system that can be affected by a virus. it sucks!
Yes, Windows Defender is not the best firewall out there. Something a lot better would be ZoneAlarm. From questions I receive and the help I give on the Internet and at work Malware is the most prevalent threat the past 6 months. Browsing with Firefox and having Kaspersky AV 2009 monitoring your computer is the best combination against Malware I have used to date.
=[]!!!!!! i left a post in the software area on your website my name is mark2009. please go check out my post and please help!!!!!!!!!! i need help asap!!!!!!!!!
Checkout the video tutorial within this channel named, "How-To Remove "AntiVirus 2009" and other Malware / Spyware from your PC". That should help you out.
Kaspersky 2009 combined with the other security measures taken in the video above has made my computer 100% safe against any viruses, malware or spyware. So in my opinion Kaspersky 2009 is the best since it has kept me 100% protected.
A couple of my friends use Nod32 and swear by it. To them it is the best AV software out there.
Between those 3 options you have given I would say, Kaspersky #1, then Nod32. Dont bother with Avast Pro.
can u help me please, i have a program that allows people to hack me.. its a virus, trojan. sdsdshd.exe i tried deleting it but it keeps on appearing.. i need serious help please... :(
Yes. That is a spyware you have. YouTube does not allow linking in comments so I can't link you to the solution I have at the cleartechinfo forums. I sent you a PM.
I will have a video tutorial uploaded to youtube in about 12-14 hours from now that will show you the entire removal process.
I created a tutorial a few days ago that teaches you how to remove viruses once you already get them. I haven't had time to edit the video and put it up like all my others.
But here is a short description of what you have to do...
1. User another, uninfected computer and download Anti-Malware from MalwareBytes (Google it). Save it to a USB stick --->
6.Once updated go through the process of scanning your computer using AntiMalware. This might take 45 minutes.
7. Allow the program to remove or quarentine all maware/viruses
8. Once the cleanup finishes, RESART your computer.
9. I cleaned up a computer last week using this method. For some reason I had to restart twice. Don't worry if you have to restart a 2nd time. Everything on the computer I cleaned up is perfect now.
I hope whoever made pop ups gets gangraped and skinned alive and is being recorded on camera. Then the video should be posted online. I would be laughing at the sounds of their screams of agony. That would be one of the funniest videos I will ever see. I would love to see that happen. Pop ups were made by fags and fags like them should be raped and killed.
How about Windows 7....

Use CC Cleaner to clean out leftover files. It might find leftover stuff from an old AVG install. It's 100% free.

Will this stop Trojan Horse(or whatever it is) too? I've gotten 3 spyware attacks and 2 trojan horse attacks in the past 2 weeks.

Good tutorial! There are so many spyware programs, it's hard sometimes to distinguish a legitimate program. Keep the videos coming.
