Some Xbox 360 games can be modded. For example COD4 and Gears of war 2 you can get Unlimited Ammo and Low gravity Mods. But you need to hook it up to your PC and use some programs to do it. But you cant mod Oblivion on 360

Not really, you can get water breathing spells and equipment pretty cheaply and early in the game, making that useless, and disease and poison really aren't that detrimental.

You can resurrect them with console thoough and they will continue their activities headless. It was hilarious seeing Martin lead his armies against daedrea without a head. Oh, and the head (if you use a blade) is has a seperate personality if you revive it.

Hardly fake, Deadly Reflex is listed as #2 in the top 100 at TesNexus. An Oblivion mod site for the PC. As for people claiming mods are possible for consoles? Aside from official mods released by Bethseda, I really don't know how unofficial mods can work on a console? Especially very complex mods like this one, which require a script extender in order to work.
