Actually, Disneyland in CA doesn't have a Hall of Presidents attraction. This is only in WDW in Florida.

What Disneyland does have, I believe, is Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln which is a tribute to Abraham Lincoln and it has an animatronic replica of Lincoln that speaks and moves as well.

Mr Lincoln hasn't been playing at Disneyland for a while yet, though. I wonder if they're going to bring that back anytime soon?

I am not an Obama fan at all... but I gotta say that the animatronic technology has grown so much. watch the small things like how not just his hands, but each seperate finger moves and gestures when he talks. it's amazing. and disney put more movement around his mouth than any other figure because of how prominent he is in the media and everyone knows his mannerisms.

Whenever there's a new president, Disney builds an audio anamatronic for them to add to the Hall of Presidents. They have an anamatronic for each and every president as of now, whether they sucked at being one or not.

They don't put you in for DOING anything, they put you in once you become president. Ever president is in there, and all the people who became president after this attraction was first added were added once they won the election. I'm a former Disney Cast Member, I was there when they shut it down to add Obama!

Can't wait! Last time I was at Disney in April, they were still working on the Hall of Presidents. Not during the day of course, but at night... I saw them working on it when we stayed until 1am for Extra Magic Hours!!! Can't wait to see it in October, we are staying just across the lake at the Polynesian!
