  • Respect the name "Bruce Lee". Don't put that name first in to your video attempting to do his unusual technique. Bruce Lee trained on his lifetime and we are only in an infant stage doing it in home.

  • @jdfc5 I do respect Bruce Lee. He has been a big inspiration in my life. As I have stated in the description, the video is only an attempt to do Bruce Lee's push ups. The reason why the title of the video is what it is, is because when I made the video, he was the only one who I had seen do these push ups and I wanted to describe what I was showing the best way possible. By the way, I have been an athlete since the age of 8 (25 years) so I am not just attempting things out of the blue. ;)

  • nice job but u used the knuckles of ur 2 fingers

  • bloody fake!!!! usin his fist instead of two fingers.

  • How can someone thumgs down this vid? This dude is awesome! Well done Im very impressed!

  • NICE!!!

  • I LOVE BRUCE LEE!

  • man,,,, nice

i wanna see your side camera too to see your posture

  • he doesnt use his arms he just goes to the floor with his upper body and than back up but if u use ur arms and bend them while ur going down to the outside u also train ur arms very good and as u can see his arms arent that great

  • So, how was the pool?

  • @DeathClutch77 What pool?

  • @ilian51378 You were wearing swim trunks.

  • The amplitude is great, you are practically touching the floor :) lol you posted a 2nd video without the paper for the stubborns :D and i'm sure you will find a comment like this :''The special effects are nearly believable!''. Btw, that's months of hard work behind that most people ignore.. I'm working too on it, by forearms exercises and fingers resistance and it progress so slowly x). I was really amazed by your performance, Good job! :)

  • @ssubzer0 Thank you!

  • Nice job man, keep training. :)

  • Well done my friend that shows true hard work and dedication on your behalf

  • he folded his fingers inside the paper towel to make a fist. Not legit but close

  • @SGCBallistic Ha ha, some of you guys are really making me laugh with your theories! :)

  • Very nice, tough Bruce seemed to keep his two fingers more visible if In can say so, I can see you definitely have strength

  • Amazing! I will try it, I can do four fingers.

  • Bruce lee would be proud

  • you did good!!

  • bruce lee lo hacia en una posicion mas recta =) y no doblava tanto las dedos xD

    pero muy buen trabajo

    =)

  • Well done! I'm not sure if you've posted it already, but can you do the one armed pull-up done by Jet Li in Fist of Legend?

  • @laudrupli I am not sure. I will have to see it and try it...

  • Good shit bro... I just put a video up this morning... Take a look and let me know what u think.... I never tried them before this video.. Thank you

  • watt were yur workouts to be able to do that...wen n how often did yu work out

  • bro ur a beast

  • Is the thumb considered a finger now? =/

  • @916kyle Are you saying that I did the push ups on one finger? I don't mind that... By the way, how many fingers in total does a person have? :)

  • @ilian51378 OVER 9000!!!

  • @ilian51378 That is exactly what I'm saying XD

  • @916kyle which grade are you in?

  • @916kyle In many languages tumb is a finger and also in slavic languages toes are feet fingers so it depends who named it. I asume Bruce Lee named them in Cantonese language and translated in English. Also I newer heard anyone say I have 4 fingers on my hand in any germanic languge.

  • still good

  • nice but bruce got all his fingers up, u got them all down. although this is a very good video because doing 2 fingers its really hard :)

  • Comment removed

  • @diablogtkaran Okay, then I am doing one-hand-one finger push ups. :)

  • @ilian51378 nooo one finger and one thumb push ups :)

  • @ilian51378 nooo ur doing one finger and one thumb push ups not just one finger on its own. u wouldnt be able to do a one finger push up

  • well done dude!!!

  • this is epic. nice, two finger push-ups, dude!

  • and you my friend area douche

  • @DarkloudInc Why are you saying that?

  • @ilian51378 hes a troll

  • good job! you are the man

  • thats kinda dissappointing...when it says...2 finger push up one hand....i didnt know you included your feets too...

  • @spdrcd Haha you are funny! :)

  • @spdrcd i was also disappointed by this, i wanted to find that one dude who can do a push up while standing on one hand lifting his entire body weight with 1-2 fingers, fucking creepy shit but man that's some serious buiseness

  • @Nopez20 I would suggest you look for something with "planche" or "handstand" in the name, otherwise push-ups are commonly done with one or both feet supporting the body.

  • @spdrcd what an asshole comment dude

  • @XxXJh0NXxX huh....really thats what i thought......i mean....i could do that too...if i had my feet

  • @spdrcd I am still amused by this comment after eight months! :)

  • no i dont enjoy

  • Not as many as bruce but still way more than me. good job.

  • Nice

  • Lol, i laughed when he went to he's room and sayd; here is my bruce lee poster :)

  • Hahaha really... learn to golf man jk that was pretty cool :)

  • nice i liek this

  • Hopefully I can upload this so you can see it.

Here's Bruce Lee posters in my room. My god, this guy it epic.

  • @tysquirt111 Easy tiger... ;)

  • whats that symbol on your shirt and wats writhen on it isnt that the amazigh symbol north african

  • @3eipmeh9 It was the shirt for our tennis team that particular season. It has nothing to do with North Africa.

  • lol i cant even do normal push ups haha

  • Nice buddy!

  • Your body is not straight.

  • dude, you're sick!! nice job!!

  • Well done, i'm proud of you, as you have done what almost no other can do, and what only Bruce Lee could effectively do noticeably better.

  • HOLY-FREAKING-MACKEREL-MOLY!!

    that was sick.

  • NIce Video

  • great! awesome, but you practice only push ups or you practice also martial arts? how long you have train to do this?

  • ere is bruce lee poster in my room, LMFAOO!!! :L good man good lol

  • how do you train for this? I can do one arm push up but only with the palm.

  • @evanjb92 Try reducing the amount of fingers gradually, until you get to the point where you can do it only on two fingers. Also, train your forearms a lot.

  • @ilian51378 very good dude

  • @evanjb92 also read convict conditioning in this book it explains how to get to one arm two finger push up. Hall trick is to strat from the simple moves and move to hardest or as evanjb says try to reduce amount of fingers but u risking to hurt ur self that way

  • I am not dissappointed buddy, you did a hell of a lot better then I probably can lol

  • Eh, I would have done it without the paper towel to eliminate any doubt.

  • you use the finger tip not lay it flat i can do that flat.

  • Wow, I'm no where near that yet xD. Good job!

  • this isnt bruce lee

  • Nice you see you following master bruce lee, I am a big fan of bruce lee.. I've done 2 finger pushups too, straight as like Master bruce lee, Good to see you. keep it up.. and Good News for bruce lee fans, Bruce lee's daughter shanon lee just launched a bruce lee official channel on youtube.com and I hope it will help us to know more about master bruce lee.. Love Master Bruce Lee..

  • Type "Woodbury Martial Arts" into your Youtube browser for a viewing of the elusive and rare bipedal-Thunderfoot!

  • this is not easy for dumbers they say it is very easy try it self you can,t just stand with 2 fingers it is hard to do!

  • uou shouldnt bend the fingers. thats like palm push ups.

  • @6SpAr6TAN69 I am usually okay with people writing trash about my videos, but I would like to tell you that these push ups are not the same as palm push ups. Try it on your own and you will see. I cannot do it with completely straight fingers, but nothing else except my fingers is touching the floor.

  • @ilian51378 i know a thing or two from my eagle claw years, I waz just makin a point! old school kung fu would do fingers straight but that' s ok, bent like dat would probaly be ok. i' m no really an expert and i dont do that kind of trainin any more.

  • @ilian51378 i agree with @6SpAr6TAN69 uou shouldnt bend the fingers (only shows that you have weak fingers ) i suggest you to train your fingers) , that is not the 2 finger push up , it is the whole hand pushup ,no matter what you say, untill you could do the 2 finger pushup with the propper techinique and fingers straight.

instead of forearms you should train fingers... (remember guys this is called 2 FINGER pushups not forearm. over and out and pls dont reply cuz im right

  • @koneko1991 Take it easy my friend, do not get bothered by my push ups so much. If you are so eager to prove something, then show us all a video of yourself doing the push ups the way you think they should be done. I am just doing what I can. If you can do better, then my hat is off to you! ;)

  • @ilian51378 what i meant was ,you should train the fingers more , the overall technique is good ,

p.s. i wanted to encourage you so you could do better .

and next video try to put camera a bit to the side so the finger are seen clearly ,so i can judge this more objectively

  • @ilian51378 you dont need to have straight fingers. you did good. i cant even do a single one handed push up.

  • @ilian51378

excellent push-ups, pretty much flawless. my push ups on 3 fingers arent that close to the floor. well done.

to all the paper haters. let me tell you a story about laminate, 3 fingers and over confidence. it involves a slipping thumb and ends with 3 weeks of recuperation, the first of those i wasnt even able to hold a pen in my hand. and worst of all, it set me back to zero. thats almost 2 months wasted, all because its laminate and really cant be that slippery, right? wrong

  • @TehSoula Thank you! Just keep trying and eventually it should work out. There are a lot of haters that used to get me upset in the beginning, but I don't pay any attention to them anymore. :)

  • @6SpAr6TAN69 dude wth does it matter! how many people can actually do anything close to this? not many!

  • Very well done man. I suppose the switch fron a full hand to two fingers puts a lot of strain on your fore-arm. How do you get to the point to switch to two fingers?

  • @MrBozo88 I just decided to switch at a random point, when I saw Bruce Lee do the two-finger push ups...

  • excellent work man!

  • how did you train

  • @ps3nikola I did a lot of forearm strengthening.

  • @ilian51378 like what did you train your forearms

  • @ps3nikola I think that over 20 years of seriously practicing and competing in tennis helped a lot... Now, tennis includes not only playing on the court, but also many other activities, such as going to the gym.

  • @ps3nikola yaaaaa, just look up forearm workuts and u will save 19yrs and 7 months

  • @ps3nikola I am a tennis pro so apart of swinging a tennis racquet for several hours every day for about 25 years, there are exercises you can do in the gym for the forearms. One of them is with a dumbbell of weight that you can manage and it works by positioning your arm on let's say the bench in a way that your hand from the wrist out is in the air and the rest of your arm lies on the bench. The palm of your arm faces up and the dumbbell is in it. Start dropping the dumbbell down and lift up..

  • @ilian51378 aka he did a lot of jerking off as a teen. lol jk

  • It must be the poster....

  • teach me o.o

  • Practice Danielson.

  • @NoNonsenseStriking Actually, Bruce was 145 lbs at his best and I was 165 at the time when I made the video. So, that's 20 pounds more. :)

  • @vockla That was the only room in the house without a carpet, where you can see that I am actually doing it on my fingers. When done on carpet, your fingers sort of sink in it and it is not really obvious if your using knuckles or not...

  • Awesome job! Now the left?

  • @spoonman73 I can't do it on the left.

  • nicely done.. try to do it with your fingers straight?

  • @SpinninTaz That's the best I can do brother. If you can do it with the fingers straight, my hat is off to you!

  • sorry mate but this is not 2finger.bruce he dont put so down the finger

  • if u look closely at his hand he has three fingers down....but still pretty amazing on how he can do that....even if its three fingers lol.....

  • whats the difference from normal?

  • does this workout ur finger muscle or wat?

  • @CrazyDudex24 I lol'd

  • If you keep doing that you'll have the strongest thumb for gaming ever!

  • dont these destroy your fingers?

  • @TheUprisingNinja Mine are still fine...

  • @ilian51378 ok cool... time to learn how to do a one handstand pushup.... then this

  • @TheUprisingNinja does running destroy your legs? i dont think so. an excercise is meant to sttrenghten something not destroy it.

  • I tried this at home and i faceplanted straight to the ground :(

  • does push ups by your fingers fuck up your hands?

  • @crackerHero Not if you properly strengthen your hands. And if you can do pushups on your fingers or your knuckles, it reduces the strain on your wrists.

  • this is nothing, a guy i know can do a penis push up............flacid

  • @dessiesdoneit Really? Tell him to post it on Youtube, it will be very interesting to see... :P

  • @ilian51378 wtf?

  • @Krankyism DId I miss something?

  • @ilian51378 u wanna see some fucktard do pushups with his penis? xDD

  • @Krankyism When someone comes up with a smart Alec comment like that guy, I like to put them back on their spot... ;)

  • @ilian51378 by the way your pushups are kinda amazing xD i fail doing pushups with one hand not because of the strength but i have problems with the balance xD

  • @Krankyism Thanks! You should try to shift your ballance a bit and you will get it.

  • 315 people can't do 2 finger push-ups

  • Nice.

  • wowww..awesome

  • well done my man keep it up.

  • Well done pal!!!

  • awesome vid, I love at the end how he's like "here is the bruce lee poster in my room!" hahaha... seriously though that's right tough to do I just started doing one-hand knuckle-pushups and those KILL me... keep it up bro you're tough as shit.

  • dam.... thats incredible..

  • can you give me tips for this !?

  • @bahria1 Not much to tell you. Strengthen your forearms with exercises keep trying...

  • fair play son u did it!!

  • sukoi!!!!!!!

  • nice,good video

  • lmao "look at the bruce lee posters in my room"

  • brutal

  • very good! do you have any tips to train for this ?

  • i can do that easy

  • how long did it take you to do this this must of been lots of training

  • Good job, I tried, got about half way down with 3 fingers and collapsed. This is something amazing. nice vid

  • Very good :)

  • Your a legend!

  • good job... i am having a hard time doing one hand push ups. i am working on that and my abs...trying to achieve a six pack. the results are slow coming... how many sit-ups do i need to do a day to get that?

  • @pokenei,

To get good abs, you need to not only do sit ups, but also to run long distances two-three times a week. When it comes to sit-ups, you can do as many as you want every day, since the abs recover quickly. Do at least 100 a day though. Good luck! ;)

  • @ilian51378 totally wrong about the abs..you dont need to do alot of them, not 100,not 1000.you need to do weight training like any other muscle group.inform yourself,do some research

  • @iceSkar It works for me.

  • @pokenei it took me 2 and a half weeks with 300 a day sets of 50, the abs may come slow but once you see the first little bit of progress then you get determined ;)

  • naaaaiseee

  • epic beans

  • my kitchen is not that spotless. good vid mate.

  • @crywolves,

It helps when you have a female as a roomate... ;) Thanks!

  • impresive!

  • @Romegt4

i second this comment, good job!

    (from another bruce lee fan)

  • Hehe, how can there be any dislikes for something like this?

  • I readed about this video and you on ironlife mma forums. respect to you. but how you don't break your fingers?

  • @spamllpitdept,

I don't know, but if I felt close to braking them, I would have stopped...

  • i tink that is very hot and sweet man :)

i am also with JKD ;) but until i can that i must train much kunde do or am i only endurance strength... HOT HOT HOT :D
