  • Hi hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister got hot Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • I agree...I got fat eating potatoes, pasta and virtually no meat or saturated fat. I avoided saturated fat like the plaque. I'm just starting on Primal and after five days, I can see a difference, and I lost 2.5 lbs already. When you eat protein and fat, you don't miss carbs. I'm going to stick to it to see what happens.

  • Mark's right. I was running 3 miles a day, with 45 minutes of boxing exercise, and resistance exercise when I was 23 eating potatoes, rice, and spaghetti, and I gained 20 lbs. Not all muscle, and my waist expanded from a 32 to a 38. When I turned 40, I did no running, only walking, and some light martial arts, and resistance bands, and eat almonds, eggs, and salmon (and vegetables,) and I lost 35 lbs. and my waist is down from a 40 to a 34.

  • Mark is right. My diet is 55% fat, 40% protein and 5% carbs. I do no specific ab exercises. I am almost 42 and my fat level is 6.45%. I do weights 3 times a week and run 45 minutes 3 times a week. Carbohydrates just produce fat.
