actually , I agree. When reviewing the footage my thoughts were the same.We were using two cameras , the stationary camera was on us while Alex was supposed to be filming the food. Ithink next time we will reverse the order and put the stationary camera on the food...good eye.

I truly believe this chef had something to say so I bought his book "The path to Magic" and it was truly insightful. The suggests are wise, environmentally friendly, with a taste of home and family. I took the advice I truly needed in decluttering my kitchen and I tried the recipe for "The hot shot." It rocked my world. Greg Upshur has said,"creativity is freedom." True that.
I'm going to watch the rest later but the rack focus on the egg roll is so intense... the combination of humor, culture, and cuisine straight from a single family is a rare form these days. hell yea... way to represent the Bridge:)
