I just found this, i tried it and i could not believe how much i was sweating and how much my muscles burned i wish i would have discovered this sooner.
@Clemenza991 Hey! The total calories burned depends on your age, weight, and intensity level but you can burn up to 200 calories with this workout if you go 100% intensity and push yourself the whole time.

@KozakSportsPerform hey man, i read that if you do the same workout, your muscles will et used to the workout, does this mean the workout will burn less calories? for example, if i do this workout i will burn 200 calories like you said, but if i keep doing this, will i burn less calories? (because my muscles will adapt)
@calfan3 You are right that you ALWAYS want to be mixing up your routines. That doesn't mean that you can't every do that same routine twice, it just means you want to add as much variety as you can. If a routine because easier for you due to repetition then it may not burn the same amount of calories, BUT if you continue to increase your intensity level as it gets easier then you should still be able to burn the same amount of calories.
First time I did this my thighs thought they were gona explode. Just finished another 10 minute go today - lets see if my thighs can handle it any better! - Great work out though! Subbed
@KozakSportsPerform Josh & everyone at HASFit... I loved this! It had elements of endurance, strength, speed, agility... I was pretty toasted after 10 minutes... I appreciate all of the youtube workouts you post... I change it up/throw in different stuff from your vids all the time!
